Configure Auto Pulse
To configure your WhatPulse client to automatically pulse, do the following:
- Go to the Settings tab and Auto Pulse section.
- Select your desired auto-pulsing criteria. You can enable auto pulse on the reach of a certain statistics, or at a specific time in the day or week.
By default, WhatPulse will automatically pulse every 50,000 keys and 4 hours. There are several other options you can configure, as displayed below:
When you select an auto-pulsing options, you see a message on the bottom of the page indicating when pulsing happens with the current settings. You can select a single option to pulse at a number of keys or at a specific time, or you can select multiple options.
If you select multiple parameter for auto-pulsing, the system pulses whenever a selected parameter is reached. For example, if you configure auto pulsing on 50000 keys and 10000 clicks, the whatpulse client pulses whenever you get 50000 keys and 3000 clicks or whenever you get 3000 keys and 10000 clicks; First come, first serve.
The "hour" is in 24-hour format.
