Visceral Games was an American video game developer best known for narrative-driven, cinematic single-player action and survival-horror games. The studio began as EA Redwood Shores in 1998 and was rebranded as Visceral Games around 2009. Visceral developed high-profile AAA titles including the Dead Space series (Dead Space, Dead Space 2, Dead Space 3), Dante's Inferno, and Battlefield Hardline (BFH), and was known for its emphasis on atmosphere, storytelling, and tightly directed gameplay.

Visceral was a studio of Electronic Arts (EA). In October 2017 EA announced the closure of Visceral Games and the restructuring of the Star Wars project the studio had been developing, shifting it to a broader team and a different development approach focused on live-service elements. Despite the studio's closure, Visceral's titles—especially Dead Space and Battlefield Hardline—remain notable for their design and influence on narrative-driven AAA games.
