Unknown Worlds Entertainment is an independent game developer best known for the Subnautica series: Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero. The studio grew out of a modding team that created the popular Natural Selection mod for Half-Life and later shipped Natural Selection 2 as a commercial title.
