Tekla (a Trimble company)

Tekla is a software brand originally developed by Tekla Corporation in Finland and now operated as part of Trimble Inc. Tekla is best known for its suite of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and structural detailing solutions targeted at structural engineers, fabricators, contractors and construction professionals. Key products historically and currently associated with the Tekla brand include Tekla Structures (detailed structural BIM and fabrication modeling), Tekla Model Sharing, Tekla Structural Designer, and Tekla BIMsight (a model viewer/collision-checking and collaboration tool that influenced later Trimble collaboration offerings).
