Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. is a major Japanese video game publisher and developer formed from the game divisions of Bandai and Namco following the 2005 business combination that created Bandai Namco Holdings. The game-publishing unit initially operated internationally as Namco Bandai Games (sometimes styled NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc.) and was responsible for publishing, marketing and distributing a wide range of interactive entertainment across consoles, PC and arcade platforms. In 2015 the company consolidated global branding under the Bandai Namco Entertainment name.
