HP Inc., originally part of the Hewlett-Packard company founded in 1939 by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard in Palo Alto, California, is a global technology company focused on personal systems and printing. In 2015 Hewlett-Packard split into two publicly traded companies: HP Inc., which retained the PC and printing businesses, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, which took the enterprise hardware, software and services business. HP Inc. designs and sells personal computers, laptops, printers, imaging equipment, supplies, and related accessories and services to both consumer and commercial markets worldwide.
