Google LLC (Chromium Project)

Chromium is an open-source web browser project initiated and primarily stewarded by Google. Launched in 2008, the Chromium project provides the underlying source code, components and toolchain for Google Chrome and many other Chromium-based browsers and applications. The project encompasses multiple subsystems such as the Blink rendering engine, the V8 JavaScript engine, and various platform and infrastructure components used to build and ship modern browsers.

Crashpad is an open-source crash-reporting system developed as part of the Chromium ecosystem. The crashpad_handler.exe binary is the Crashpad client/handler used by Chromium-based browsers and other applications to capture, process and (optionally) upload crash dumps and diagnostics.
