Double Fine Productions is a San Francisco–based independent video game development studio founded by industry veteran Tim Schafer in 2000. The studio is known for its quirky, narrative-driven titles with strong art direction and humor — notable releases include Psychonauts, Broken Age, Brutal Legend, Costume Quest, Stacking, Hack 'n' Slash, Day of the Tentacle Remastered, and Psychonauts 2.
