Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) is Cisco’s long-running educational arm that provides online and instructor-led courses, curriculum, and learning tools (including the Packet Tracer network simulation application) to help students, educators, and professionals develop networking and IT skills. Packet Tracer is distributed through NetAcad as a learning and simulation tool to complement Cisco certification training and classroom curricula, allowing users to design, configure, and troubleshoot virtual networks.
