Goodness.Oluleke-Oke joined WhatPulse on 2023-09-15. What started as a way to keep track of computer activity has turned into a pretty ridiculous record of how much time I've spent behind a keyboard.

Since joining, I've pressed 12,859,803 keys and clicked 3,882,507 times. I've kept my computer running for 1 year, 8 weeks, 4 days, 4 hours, 26 minutes, 36 seconds, spread across 1 computer and 3,674 pulses.

My average pace is 0.13 keys per second and 0.04 clicks per second. Those numbers probably say more about how often I sit in front of a computer than I'd like to admit.

Then there's the internet traffic.

I've downloaded 3.08TB and uploaded another 2.55TB since I joined. At this point, WhatPulse has basically been keeping a running scoreboard of my entire digital life.

And the numbers aren't completely anonymous either.

I currently sit at 15,477th in the world for keys, 28,172nd for clicks, 19,053rd for downloads, 5,742nd for uploads, and 18,640th for uptime.

But the part I find more interesting is where I stand at home.

I'm in Nigeria, where I'm currently ranked:

Keys: 107th
Clicks: 119th
Download: 112th
Upload: 104th
Uptime: 97th

There are currently 390 WhatPulse members in Nigeria, collectively accounting for 113,704,538 keys, 43,301,552 clicks, 28.35TB downloaded, 8.66TB uploaded, and 18 years, 35 weeks, 6 days, 1 hour, 24 minutes, 37 seconds of uptime.

My latest pulse was recorded on 2026-10-25. During it, I logged 2,580 keys, 1,077 clicks, downloaded 232MB, uploaded 101MB, and stayed active for 2h.

So, after 3 years, 5 weeks, 6 days, 22 hours, 51 minutes, 51 seconds of tracking, the scoreboard currently reads:

12,859,803 keys.
3,882,507 clicks.
3.08TB downloaded.
2.55TB uploaded.
1 year, 8 weeks, 4 days, 4 hours, 26 minutes, 36 seconds of uptime.
3,674 pulses.

And somehow, I'm still using the computer.
