1. Why does one of the devices have so many pulses compared to the others?

It was due to a misconfiguration I made back around 2014, if I remember correctly. My original intention was to pulse every 200,000 keystrokes, but something in the WhatPulse application caused it to submit many small pulses instead. I wish I had realized it sooner. A few years later, I changed the automatic pulse setting so it only pulses once per day or on application startup. I do wish all those small pulses could be merged into a single one, but at this point I don’t really mind.
