VTFEdit
Description
VTFEdit is a small utility for creating, editing and converting Valve Texture Format (VTF) files used by the Source engine. It provides a GUI front end for VTFLib allowing users to import/export common image formats (PNG, TGA, BMP), create accompanying material files (VMT), preview mipmaps and cubemaps, and convert textures to the formats and compression used by Valve games.
