UserAssistView
Description
UserAssistView is a small Windows utility that reads and displays the contents of the UserAssist registry keys, which Windows uses to track programs and items executed by the user. It decodes the ROT13-encoded values and shows execution counts, last execution time, and other details, allowing users and administrators to see which applications and shortcuts have been used over time.
