Description
Torch Crash Handler is a background diagnostic component bundled with the Torch Browser (a Chromium-based web browser developed by Torch Media). Its primary function is to monitor browser processes, detect crashes or unexpected terminations, collect minimal diagnostic data (such as crash dumps, logs and environment info), and optionally submit crash reports to the vendor to help diagnose and fix stability issues.
