Reason is a professional digital audio workstation (DAW) and virtual instrument/effects rack developed by Reason Studios. It provides a sequencer, mixer, sampling instruments, synthesizers, drum machines, and a modular rack-style environment for creating, arranging, recording, and mixing music.
