Description
PowerToys Keyboard Manager is the Keyboard Manager module (and its editor UI) within the Microsoft PowerToys suite for Windows. It provides a graphical editor (powertoys.keyboardmanagereditor.exe) to remap individual keys and keyboard shortcuts, create custom hotkeys, and change key behaviors at the system level so custom mappings persist across sessions.
