KnockKnock
Description
KnockKnock is a macOS utility that enumerates persistent components and startup items on a system to reveal what is configured to run at boot, login, or via scheduled tasks. It scans common persistence locations (launch agents/daemons, login items, kernel extensions, browser extensions, cron jobs, and more) and reports binaries, bundle information, code signing details, and file paths to help identify potentially malicious or unwanted software.
