PresentMon
Description
PresentMon is a lightweight command-line tool from Intel that captures and logs frame presentation events on Windows. It records timing and presentation data (frametimes, presentation modes, dropped frames, compositor latency) from the graphics stack so developers and testers can analyze rendering and presentation behaviour for games and GPU-accelerated applications.
