Description
Instruments is a performance-analysis and profiling tool included with Apple’s Xcode developer tools. It captures detailed trace data about running macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS apps — including CPU activity, memory allocations, leaks, I/O, network, graphics, and energy usage — and presents it in timelines and configurable instruments for interactive analysis.
