FreeArc is a high-performance open-source file archiver and compression utility originally developed by Bulat Ziganshin. It provides both GUI and command-line interfaces and supports multiple compression algorithms, solid compression, delta compression, multi-volume archives, AES-256 encryption, recovery records, and plugin support to extend functionality.
