f.lux is a desktop and mobile application that automatically adjusts your screen's color temperature based on the time of day, reducing blue light exposure in the evening to help reduce eye strain and support healthier sleep cycles. It shifts display warmth gradually from daytime (neutral/blue) tones to warmer hues at night and back in the morning, with options to customize schedules, disable for specific apps, and manually set color temperatures.
