Description
Fitbit Connect is the desktop companion application for Fitbit wearable devices that enables synchronization of activity, exercise, sleep, and heart-rate data from a tracker to the Fitbit cloud. The app supports pairing and firmware updates for older Fitbit devices (often via a USB dongle), manages device settings, and uploads logged data so it can be viewed and analyzed through the Fitbit web dashboard and mobile apps.
