Contig
Description
Contig is a small command-line utility from Sysinternals (now part of Microsoft) that locates and, when possible, rewrites files so they are stored in contiguous clusters on NTFS volumes. The tool can defragment individual files or create contiguous files to improve read performance and reduce fragmentation without needing to run a full-disk defragmenter.
