WiX Candle (candle.exe)
Description
candle.exe is the command-line compiler component of the WiX Toolset. It compiles WiX XML source files (.wxs) into WiX object files (.wixobj) that are then linked by light.exe to produce Windows Installer packages (.msi); it is commonly used in build scripts and CI/CD pipelines to build installers for Windows applications.
