Description
Arq Agent is the background agent/daemon component of the Arq backup ecosystem. It runs on client machines or servers to coordinate, encrypt, and transfer files to cloud storage providers or on-premises targets on behalf of the Arq backup application, handling tasks such as change detection, deduplication-aware upload, and encrypted storage of backup data.
