Description
Angband is a classic single-player roguelike dungeon-crawler inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Players explore procedurally generated multi-level dungeons, fight monsters, collect equipment and artifacts, and contend with permadeath and turn-based combat. It is traditionally presented with ASCII or optional tile-based graphics and emphasizes tactical play, item management, and long-term character progression.
