HiguchiM (Yu Higuchi)
HiguchiM (Yu Higuchi) is an individual Japanese developer best known as the original author of MikuMikuDance (MMD), a popular freeware 3D animation and choreography tool first released in the late 2000s. Rather than a traditional company, HiguchiM is an independent developer who released MMD to the public for use in creating animated dance videos—most famously by fans of the Vocaloid character Hatsune Miku.
