Starbreeze AB (Starbreeze Studios)

Starbreeze AB, commonly known as Starbreeze Studios, is a Swedish video game developer and publisher founded in 1998. The company is best known for producing narrative-driven first-person games and co-operative multiplayer titles. Over the years Starbreeze has developed or published a number of notable games including Enclave, The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, Syndicate (2005 reboot), and the PAYDAY franchise (through collaboration and later integration with Overkill Software).

Today Starbreeze operates as a publicly listed game developer that focuses on creating and publishing interactive entertainment across PC and consoles, with notable emphasis on immersive single-player experiences and cooperative multiplayer.
