Sky UK Limited

Sky UK Limited (commonly referred to as Sky) is a British broadcaster and telecommunications company originally formed as British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) following the merger of Sky Television and British Satellite Broadcasting in 1990. The company grew to become a leading pay-television operator in the UK and Ireland, expanding into broadband, telephony and streaming services. In 2018–2019 Sky became part of Comcast's Sky Group following acquisition activity; its corporate and operational headquarters are in Osterley, West London.

Sky operates a broad portfolio of consumer services and applications including live and on-demand television, sports and movie channels, and over-the-top streaming products.
