Ubisoft Reflections (formerly Reflections Interactive)

Founded in the mid-1980s as Reflections Interactive and later acquired by Ubisoft in 2006, Ubisoft Reflections is a UK-based game development studio best known for vehicle-focused, open-world action titles such as the Driver series and Destruction Derby. The studio has a long history of creating driving and physics-heavy gameplay systems and has delivered both standalone franchise entries and technology contributions used across larger projects.

Today operating as Ubisoft Reflections and headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne, the studio develops and supports AAA games within Ubisoft’s global network of studios. In addition to leading its own projects, Reflections frequently provides engineering, tooling, and vehicle/physics expertise to other Ubisoft teams, contributing to cross-studio productions and maintaining a focus on driving mechanics, world design, and technical innovation.
