TexTools (imchillin)

TexTools is an open-source, community-developed tool for modifying and managing textures and related assets for the MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV. The project provides a GUI-driven workflow for extracting, previewing, editing, packaging, and installing texture-based mods; common capabilities include exporting/importing texture files (DDS), creating and managing TPF packages, backing up/restoring modified assets, and batch operations to streamline mod deployment. It is widely used by the FFXIV modding community to apply custom skins, UI changes, and other texture modifications.

The project was created and is primarily maintained by the GitHub user "imchillin" with contributions from community members.
