Description
RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS) is a lightweight system-level utility used to provide on-screen display (OSD) of frame-rate and other performance metrics, frame limiting, and basic video capture/streaming hooks for DirectX/OpenGL/Vulkan applications.
