Reprise License Manager (rlm.exe)
Description
rlm.exe is the Reprise License Manager server executable used to host and manage floating and node-locked software licenses for applications that use the Reprise licensing system. It runs as a background service/daemon on Windows (and has equivalents on other platforms) to serve license requests, enforce license policies, track checkouts/leases, and log license activity.
