Description
Advanced System Settings is a built-in Windows control panel/Settings pane (accessible via System Properties → Advanced) that lets users configure low-level system options. It provides controls for Performance (visual effects and processor scheduling), User Profiles, Startup and Recovery behavior, and Environment Variables, and is commonly used to adjust virtual memory (paging file) and performance tuning options.
