Description
The HP Customer Participation Program is a telemetry/feedback service provided by HP that collects usage, diagnostic and configuration data from HP devices to help HP improve product quality and customer support. It is often installed as part of HP Support Assistant or other preinstalled HP software and runs as a background service to transmit anonymized telemetry and crash information back to HP.
