Greenfoot

Greenfoot is an educational integrated development environment (IDE) primarily used to teach Java programming through the creation of 2D graphical simulations and simple games. It provides a visual, interactive world where learners can create 'actors' and 'worlds', run and inspect programs, and iterate quickly, making it well suited for beginners and classroom use.
