Description
f.lux is a desktop utility that automatically adjusts your display's color temperature and brightness according to the time of day to reduce blue light exposure and eye strain. It uses your location and clock to shift screen colors warmer at night and back to normal during daylight, and provides configurable schedules, presets, and exceptions for different lighting conditions and tasks.
