Description
Macromedia Flash 3 is an early release of the Flash multimedia authoring tool used to create vector-based animations, interactive content and lightweight web media. It provides a timeline-based interface, drawing and symbol libraries and exports compact SWF files for playback in the Flash Player embedded in web browsers.
