Description
FAHViewer is the graphical visualization component of the Folding@home distributed computing project. It renders 3D representations of proteins and molecular simulations generated by the Folding@home client, allowing volunteers to view and inspect the structure and progress of work units being processed on their machine. FAHViewer provides several rendering modes, coloring schemes, and controls for rotating/zooming the molecular models.
