Description
DScaler is an open-source video capture and real-time deinterlacing/scaling application for Windows. It was designed to receive analog video input (such as TV tuner cards, VHS decks, and other composite/S-video sources), apply high-quality deinterlacing and filtering algorithms, and output a progressive video stream for viewing or capture.
