Description
Dolphin Memory Engine (dolphin-memory-engine.exe) is a helper/background process associated with the Dolphin GameCube/Wii emulator. It provides access to the emulator's emulated RAM to external tools and clients (via a local socket/API), enabling read/write memory operations for debugging, creating cheats, trainers, and real-time game modifications.
