Description
CorpsCon is a coordinate conversion and datum transformation utility produced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It is used to convert between geographic and projected coordinate systems (latitude/longitude, UTM, State Plane, etc.), apply datum shifts and epoch transformations, and perform batch conversions of coordinate lists for surveying and GIS workflows.
