Description
BizHawk is an open-source multi-system emulator aimed at tool-assisted speedrunning (TAS) and development. EmuHawk is the Windows/.NET frontend for BizHawk that provides the graphical interface and user-facing features such as movie recording, save states, input recording/playback, Lua scripting, memory watching/editing, frame advance, debugging tools, and support for many retro systems (NES, SNES, Genesis, N64, Game Boy, PlayStation, and more).
