Description
Bitcoin Core is the reference implementation of the Bitcoin protocol: a full-node software client that validates and stores the entire Bitcoin blockchain, relays transactions and blocks, and can run a local wallet. It provides an RPC interface for programmatic access and optional GUI for managing a wallet and node settings.
