Description
Electron (originally called Atom Shell) is an open-source framework that enables developers to build cross-platform desktop applications using web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS). It combines the Chromium rendering engine with a Node.js runtime to allow web code to access native desktop APIs and ship as native installers for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
