Windows Phone is a mobile operating system developed by Microsoft for smartphones. First released in 2010 as the successor to Windows Mobile, it introduced a distinctive Live Tiles interface and deep integration with Microsoft services such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, and Xbox.
