Description
TeraPad is a lightweight, free text editor for Windows originally developed by Susumu Terao. It supports multiple character encodings (including various Japanese encodings), configurable syntax highlighting, customizable toolbars and menus, macro support, and useful editing features such as line operations and search/replace with regular expressions. Its small footprint and focus on plain-text editing have made it popular among programmers and general users in Japan.
