Description
Steam Web Helper (steamwebhelper.exe) is the embedded browser/process used by the Steam client to render web-based content such as the Steam Store, community pages, in-client overlays, and other HTML/JavaScript-driven interfaces. It is not a standalone application but a component of the Steam desktop client that hosts browser views.
