Description
SimCity 4 is a city-building simulation game originally developed by Maxis and released in 2003. Players design and manage cities—zoning residential, commercial and industrial areas; building and maintaining infrastructure such as roads, public transit, utilities and services; and balancing budgets, growth and citizen needs. The game emphasizes regional play, detailed simulation of traffic, utilities and zoning, and supports a wide range of player-driven scenarios and long-term planning.
