Description
Quiet Internet Pager (QIP) is a Windows-based instant messaging client originally developed in Russia. Commonly known simply as QIP, the client historically supported multiple messaging protocols (notably ICQ and XMPP/Jabber) and offered features such as tabbed chats, skins, plugins, and basic contact/notification management, targeting users who wanted a lightweight alternative to official IM clients.
